California Privacy Notice

Effective August 4, 2026

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents. Whether the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), applies depends on the business and statutory thresholds. This page is provided as a launch-ready framework and should be reviewed by counsel once the operating entity, vendors and data flows are finalized.

Categories of information

We may collect identifiers such as IP address and online identifiers; internet or electronic activity such as pages viewed, referral data and outbound-link interactions; approximate geolocation derived from IP address; and inferences drawn from site activity. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this site.

Sources and purposes

Information may come from your browser, advertising URLs, cookies or similar technologies, and service providers. We may use it to operate and secure the site, measure advertising and affiliate performance, preserve attribution, analyze usage and comply with law.

Disclosure, sale and sharing

We may disclose information to hosting, analytics, advertising, security and affiliate providers for business purposes. Our current static MVP does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising activities can be considered “sharing” under California law; this notice and the site’s controls must be updated before such technologies are enabled.

Your California rights

Subject to exceptions, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct or delete personal information; receive information about categories of collection and disclosure; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service without retaliation for exercising rights.

Global Privacy Control

If legally required for the technologies in use, we will treat a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for that browser or device.
